The project was a initially designed as a Residential Tower, however, have been converted to a 5 Star Hotel afterwards. The services areas, which are designed mainly for a residential bulding, were not sufficient for the extensive MEP Services of a 5 Star Hotel, which required detailed engineering and series of meeting with the consultant, in order to allocate the spaces where the MEP Services will be installed. The result was a success both for the Consultant and the Contractor
