Beverly Hills Tower

Description

The projects was a 30 Storey 95,000m2 Serviced Apartment project, which was scheduled to be completed within 16 Months, in July 2006. However, due to concrete shortage and similar problems, the last floor was casted only by the end of June 2006. The building was scheduled to be completed before the 15th Asian Games, which was done in December 2006. The building was handed over by the end of October 2006 and have been fully occupied during the Asian Games. Together with Asmakh Tower, which is also a SAMKO project, it has been one of the four projects, that was completed before the Asian Games, out of 17 scheduled.
